Having counselled and mentored numerous families over the years, especially in the areas of career guidance, future skills, personality development, and soft-skills training, I have gained valuable insights into the evolving challenges faced by modern parents. I firmly believe that the role of a parent is not to create a path for a child, but to help a child discover and confidently pursue their own path. In a rapidly changing world, parenting must evolve from instruction to inspiration, from control to collaboration, and from expectation to empowerment. Through Parentelligence, my mission is to empower parents to raise children who are not only successful professionals, but also emotionally intelligent, adaptable, ethical, resilient, and happy individuals.
